Oven Fried Picnic Chicken

Directions
- Heat Oven to 400 Degree.
- Spray Cookie sheet with Spray.
- Pour Buttermilk into shallow glass or plastic bowl. Add Chicken; turn to coat. Let stand 5 Minutes.
- Place Cereal in reseal able plastic bag; crush with rolling pin. Add Bisquick mix and dressing mix (dry) to cereal in plastic bag.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk; discard buttermilk. Add chicken to cereal mixture. Seal bag and shake to coat.
- Place Chicken on cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until no longer pink in the center of biggest piece
** Must use Buttermilk not regular milk. Can buy cornflakes all crushed already

2/3 cup Buttermilk8 Boneless Chicken Breast Halves1 Cup Corn Flakes 1 Cup Original Bisquick Mix2 Envelopes (1 ounce each) Ranch Dressing MixCooking Spray (Pam)
