Directions

Place chicken in greased slow cooker.
Combine salad dressing and water. Pour over chicken.
Cover. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
In saucepan, combine cream cheese and soup. Stir in mushrooms. Pour over chicken.
Cover. Cook 1 additional hour on low.

Serving Suggestions: Serve over noodles or rice.
