Directions
1. Grate cheese.
3. Mix all ingredients well. Make 1" balls.
4. Quick Freeze on baking sheet.
5. Bake 400 degrees until golden brown Serving Suggestions: Makes about 2 dozen

1 Lb Hot Sausage10 Oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese1/4 Cup Water3/4 Bisquick Mix3/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
