Directions
- Place Roast in slow cooker the night before you want this dish.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers and the juice from the jar of peppers.
- Cook on low over night, in the morning turn the crock pot to high and let cook the rest of the day.
- Shred the roast and peppers with a fork leaving every thing in the pot as the meat will absorb the juices.
Ingredients
1 5-7 lb beef roast (does not matter what cut)1 Jar Pepperonicini Peppers (Remove stems)
