Crawfish Cornbread

Directions
- Mix everything together in a med. bowl.
- Put in a 9x13 glass dish.
- Bake at 375 for 30-40 min.
Serving Suggestions:
- This and a salad makes a complete meal.
- I use the whole can of corn and add much more pepper. This doesn't change the cooking time.
- Best when eaten while still warm.
Ingredients
2 eggs1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 med. onion chopped1/2 cup oil1 1/2 cup corn breadmix (I use 1 sm box Jiffy )1/2 tsp red pepper1 cup grated cheddar cheese3/4 can cream corn1 lb crawfish tails2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
