Directions
- BEAT THE EGGS WELL EITHER BY HAND OR WITH ELECTRIC MIXER.
- DIP THE BREAD WELL ON BOTH SIDES
- COOK IN A SKILLET THAT HAS BEEN GREASED WELL WITH OIL.
- COOK WELL ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL LIGHT BROWN. ADD A LITTLE MORE OIL AFTER EACH BATCH.
- ENJOY !!!
- DON'T SOAK THE BREAD TOO LONG IN ADVANCE BECAUSE IT WILL ALL SOAK UP INTO THE BREAD AND HAVE TROUBLE COOKING THROUGH.
Serving Suggestions:
THIS IS A GOOD BREAKFAST WITH A TALL GLASS OF COLD MILK OR A CUP OF HOT COFFEE.
