Directions
Grease well the sides & bottom of a 10x15 cookie sheet lined with wax paper & greased well again. Mix together all ingredients except nuts. Spread on prepared cookie sheet, sprinkled with nuts on top & bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven & immediately turn upside down on a cotton towel that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar. Carefully remove wax paper. Roll lengthwise and let it cool slightly.
FILLING:
2 tsp soft margarine
3/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
Mix with mixer until creamy. Unroll cooled roll and spread filling on roll and roll it up again and wrap it in wax paper and then foil Store in fridge.
ENJOY !!!!!!!!!!!
