Artichoke Pie

Directions
- Cook Garlic and butter. Add Artichoke
- Mix eggs & cheese.
- Add 1/2 egg mixture into crust.
- Then add artichokes and the remaining egg & cheese.
- Add the top crust.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
Ingredients
2 Cans Artichokes (Not Marinated)2 Cloves of Garlic1 Stick of butter4 eggs1 1/2 lbs. mozzarella cheese1/2 cup parmesan cheesePillsbury Pie Crust (Red Box)
