Directions

  • Brown the pork meat until it's starting to get tender.
  • Remove pork & add sausage & onions & cook until onions are tender.
  • Add pork meat back into the pot and also add all of the liquids including kitchen bouquet & making sure cream of mushroom is dissolved.
  • Cover pot, bring to a full boil then add spaghetti making sure all of spaghetti is covered with liquid.
  • At this time TURN OFF THE FIRE & put the lid back on.
  • DO NOT OPEN POT FOR 20 MINUTES.
  • After 20 minutes stir spaghetti & PUT LID ON FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES,
  • Stir again and it is ready to eat.

    Serve this with a green salad and it is a complete meal.

    This is really easy and you don't have to stay at the stove forever. I do this in a 8 quart pot and it is nearly 3/4 full. I prefer doing mine with regular spaghetti then the thinner ones

2 LB cubed pork meat seasoned1 LB sliced smoked sausage1 Lb spaghetti broken in 3 3 cans chicken broth1 can cream of mushroom1 can rotel tomatoes1 can mushrooms(optional)chopped onions 1 lg. cooking spoon of kitchen bouquet
